Sport and fitness have always been there for me during tough times. I’ve found that exercising allows me to escape reality and enter a happier state of mind for a few hours. Even on days when I lack motivation, I've consistently emerged from workouts feeling better than before. It transforms my day. It's more of a mental thing; aesthetics come afterward.”
