Pregnant Woman Reveals Unconventional Food Cravings
Nara Smith, a TikToker known for her attention-grabbing cooking videos, recently shared how she's been feeding herself amid food aversions and cravings as she prepares to welcome her fourth baby."I hate the taste of water and it gets so much worse during pregnancy," Nara explained in a June 14 TikTok video. "I know not drinking is not an option."For her hydrating concoction, Nara chopped up some watermelon and blended it along with mint leaves, adding, "Make sure that it's blended really well before straining it through a nut milk bag." She then mixed the blend with pebble ice and added a squeeze of lime and water, gushing, "This is absolutely divine."Nara, mom to Rumble Honey, 4, Slim Easy, 3, and 14-month-old Whimsy Lou, continued her unconventional approach by preparing a separate juice with pineapple and cucumber. She blended the ingredients together, strained it through a nut milk bag, and mixed it with pebble ice before adding a squeeze of lime, water, and salt.Fans of Nara's cooking videos couldn't get over her unique hydration method, with one quipping, "Water from scratch." Another argued against her aversion to hydration in the first place, adding, "Water has no taste."
