Jennifer Aniston Shares Wisdom on Living a Smarter Lifestyle and Achieving Radiant Skin

We interviewed Jennifer Aniston because we think you'll like her picks. Jennifer is a paid spokesperson for smartwater. She tells E! News that drinking water is the secret to never aging and looking flawless. This is The One Where We Stay Hydrated Like Jennifer Aniston.

smartwater, known for its three unique water products, has partnered with Jennifer Aniston to highlight how simple choices can lead to smarter living. For Jen, it was a perfect match. "They approached me because I was constantly holding a bottle of smartwater," she says. "It just felt very organic... I just love the taste. It's crisp and it's clean."

Aniston's wellness habits go way back. "My mom always told me how important it is to hydrate and took those sugary drinks out of my hand," she says. "At the time it sucked, but now I'm grateful." That early holistic lifestyle paved the way for her cleaner, low-sugar approach today.

Her skincare philosophy is just as smart. "My facialist told me it's important to rotate products," she says. "It's like muscle confusion for your skin." She's currently loving U Beauty and OneSkin, and admits she's an "Instagram victim" when it comes to trying new things. As for summer beauty? "Less is more. A tinted moisturizer with SPF and a little spot concealer."

Jen's fitness routine is all about low-impact movement and mindfulness. "I've been doing Pvolve for four years—it's been a game changer," she says. "My body hasn't been injured in years." Add in Yoga, Pilates, media breaks, and sleep (which she's working on), and you've got her full wellness toolkit.

From reminding Courteney Cox to drink more water ("almost to her frustration," she jokes) to burning her fave Cece candle from Homecourt, Aniston is full of feel-good habits—and she's not gatekeeping. She swears by beauty picks, self-care routine, and wellness favorites that you should take notes on.

E!: What are some workout tips, self-care tips, and things that keep you healthy inside and out?

JA: “I’ve been doing Pvolve for the last four years, which has been a real kind of game changer. My body has not been injured in years since I discovered that method. And yoga, obviously Pilates. I think staying physical for me always gets me through the days because I'm a real workaholic, so I need the physical outlet that just fuels me for my day.

E!: Any more self-care tips everyone should preach?

JA: Drink water, sleep, hydrate and news breaks. Our mental health relies and depends on it. It's too much. We're not designed to take in this much information. Oh, and I'd find a really fun show to watch. I'm not going to say The Morning Show, but I just said it. I'd find a good show to snuggle in and watch at night, just to take you away and fall into a fantasy or reality of some sort.
