Jennifer Aniston Opens Up About Her Personal Life
Jennifer Aniston shared an intimate look into her daily life, which included hanging with famous friends, lounging with her adorable dogs at home and, yes, a Friends reunion.
The 56-year-old actress kicked off the week by letting fans into her private world through a carousel of Instagram photos. Captioning the post, "Happy Monday," Jen was seen flashing a smile while lounging with her dog at home on a patio couch as she gets some work done in a monogrammed notebook.
The photo gallery also featured candid snaps with friends, including Friends costar and longtime BFF Courteney Cox. The actresses, both fresh-faced, smiled while posing together in the kitchen.
Fans were particularly excited over the Rachel and Monica reunion, with one Instagram user commenting, "from i’ll be there for you to i’m still here for you, this makes me emotional." Jen has also opened up about her fear of flying. In an interview with Travel + Leisure, she revealed that she has an extreme fear of flying and uses superstitions to try and handle the nerves. However, she recently started doing hypnosis and credits it for helping her overcome her fears.
"I have not been doing the right hand, right foot—and now it's shockingly good!"
Despite being a homebody, Jen is involved in various activities that are close to her heart, including helping out with donations for the Pet Food Pantry and participating in a book club.
